OUR APARTMENTS
There are three phases, but all flats include heating, hot water, electricity and cable TV. They all have a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a balcony or a private terrace.
Phase I and II: 2 1/2 of 450 sq. ft., 3 1/2 of 600 to 640 sq. ft. and 4 1/2 of 782 to 820 sq. ft.
Phase III: central system with air conditioning in each flat, appliances and internet also included. 2 1/2 from 425 to 463 sq. ft., 3 1/2 from 938 to 1023 sq. ft., 4 1/2.
Care units: from 290 to 472 sq. ft. (3 meals per day, weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry and care packages included).

PROSTHETIC WING FOR PEOPLE WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE
Domaine Des Cascades has two care units for people suffering from cognitive loss or Alzheimer's disease. In these specialized and secure units, competent staff is present 24 hours a day to ensure the needs and comfort of residents.
